- You get an independent opinion of value prior to the sale. Avoid asking timber buyers what your timber is worth. An appraisal fee is charged but is a credit at closing

- we protect you from problems by flagging the boundary lines and “no cut” areas as needed
Marketing
- we get lots of bids by inviting at least 100 timber buyers to make you a price. This is the key to top-dollar. You keep the right not to sell
Finding a good logger
- we qualify prospective buyers to make sure you are dealing with good folks
Contracting
- our market-tested Timber Sale Contract protects you from liability for injury, environmental rules
The closing
- buyer pays for all trees up front before any are cut + a performance bond
